  Server was polite but took Bill 30 minutes to bring our take home boxes and check once we asked for them. Was he spread too thin or absent minded?

  We're from the Rochester area and our Bonefish location closed during covid. Any chance we come through Syracuse we stop at the Syracuse area Bonefish. Our meal tonight was superb. Our drinks were perfect. We had a delightful attentive and kind server Kaia who helped us have a great meal and a wonderful experience. She was very detail oriented. We recognize many faces at this Bonefish location and find the staff go out of their way to make our day from the hosts to servers to managers. We’ve had Berg several times in the past and he is fantastic! Tonight was very busy with Syracuse University graduations and Mother’s Day Weekend and you could sense all of the staff working together to get people helped and seated promptly. Shoutout to Bonefish Fayetteville - we appreciate you!

  We always have a great meal and excellent service when we dine at BG in Fayetteville. This time, however, our service was exceptional. Our server, Kayla, was wonderful. Warm, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and she very clearly loves her job. She answered my questions clearly, relayed food sensitivities with great care, made excellent suggestions, and made sure everything was exactly as we’d hoped. Her enthusiasm toward making our experience lovely and memorable sets her apart, and makes me want to dine at BG again soon. Thank you, Kayla!

  Yesterday was my birthday and my friends and family decided to have my birthday dinner at Bonefish Grill. It was absolutely amazing! Our server, Kaia really helped make my birthday special by being an amazing part of the team. She was very helpful and was on point at all times. She’s definitely an asset to your Bonefish Grill staff. Ty Kaia!

  We were very fortunate to have Kaia as our waitress. This young lady is as good of any experienced waiter or waitress you have. We did not have to wait for water or bread. She checked back to see if we were ready to order our meals. Meals were delivered and Kaia checked back more than once to see if everything was as expected and if there was anything we needed including refills of water. Cleaned used dishes from the table and presented a desert menu. Kaia is a very pleasant and efficient waitress. You are very fortunate to have her on your staff.
