  Waited almost a half an hour for my iced coffee. They messed it up but I refuse to wait another 45 minutes for a remake.

  Last time I'm giving this place a chance. Uncooked food(egg bites), which they did refund me. Took me a few months to try again for lunch and waited a half hour for my food, which was stale and unappetizing. Thankfully, the person who served me remembered to change gloves from taking care of garbage cans. 😐 Staff seems confused, not knowing what to do next while customers wait. There never seems to be a manager on to guide staff. The person who took my order was on her phone the entire time and was half listening to my order. One last time through drive-thru(frozen coffee) and as I gazed inside window, of all the staff, only 2 were attempting to help customers. The frozen coffee was half melted and the majority of it was a foamy substance. Will never go here again.

  Arrived around 12:30 for lunch. Surprisingly quiet this time around as I do know breakfast and lunch tend to get busy. Food was good, nothing to write home about but more than servicable. Felt like they were understaffed at one point at they went from having 4 or 5 people behind the counter to 2. And when that happened they started to struggle to keep up with drive through and counter.

  I visited this store on evening and it was filthy. The Team member had filthy nails and was very unknowledgeable. After paying for a coffee and waiting 10 minutes , I left empty handed because there was no regular coffee ready and he didn't know how to issue a refund. Very upsetting experience. Do not visit.

  Asked for a frozen chocolate, got a coffee. Lady came back to the window and thought I was the next customer even though I hadn’t gotten my food yet. I told her when she came back I still haven’t gotten my food and this isn’t the drink I ordered, she checked the receipt and the very nice man who took my order informed her that I did in fact order a frozen chocolate and then she yelled at him for putting it in wrong which I felt was a bit rude in front of a customer. And then when she handed me the remade drink it was still NOT a frozen chocolate. Bad customer service, and can’t make a drink properly?! No thanks! I’d rather drive the extra 15 mins to manchesters Dunkin!
