Worst service ever. I have never had a good experience there. I always have to wait at least 20-25 minutes for a mobile order. Today it took so long I left without half my order. They are very unorganized, under staffed and the staff they have do not care and seem like they are not educated for their positions.
Bad customer service didn’t answer to “Sir” when said, Bad burnt bacon taste like it was made yesterday and they just threw that shit back in the oven. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANNA HAVE A NICE DAY. ruined my week as a matter of fact, hiring complete npcs NEVER EVEN RECIVED MY SNAKIN BACON.

Two refreshers, a sandwich, and a single donut took over twenty minutes. We received our food but our drinks were completely ignored as the incompetent workers moved onto other orders. Eventually one of the workers noticed and helped us out which was the only decent part of this experience. We will never be returning to this Dunkin.
Absolutely agonizingly slow, drive thru or inside, they make me wait 20 minutes for an order of hash browns and a sandwich. I am NOT exaggerating! And they messed up my order I asked for a croissant but got an English muffin, I don’t like them; and I wasn’t asked about a substitute in case they were out. How do you mistake Croissant’ for English Muffin’!?

Absolutely terrible customer service
I ordered the Chocolate Covered Strawberry drink, and the first one tasted sour. I politely asked for it to be remade, and the response I got was honestly unbelievable.
The server made a face, aggressively smashed the drink into the garbage, and rudely said, “Fine, I’ll remake it.” He then told me they were out of iced coffee and proceeded to open the tap to show me. When I asked for a refund, I was told, “I’m not trained to do so.”
What happened next made the whole situation even more ridiculous. He suddenly managed to get more coffee from a container and attach it, but the “replacement” I received was basically plain iced coffee with strawberry foam. None of the other ingredients that were supposed to be in the Chocolate Covered Strawberry drink were included.
At that point, it felt like getting the correct drink was an unreasonable request rather than the bare minimum of customer service.
I completely understand that ingredients can run out and that mistakes happen. What I don't understand is the rude attitude, throwing away a drink in an aggressive manner, refusing to provide a refund, and then handing me a completely incorrect drink.
If you don't have the ingredients to make the drink, just say so and offer a refund. Don't make the customer feel like they're inconveniencing you by asking for the product they paid for.
Extremely poor service. I left feeling frustrated rather than like a valued customer. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat.
