  worst mcdonald’s on the island they don’t follow directions and have never made a hashbrown without it being wet and soggy. crazy how easy this stuff is but they can’t do it.

  A fillet o fish combo at the drive through with a lemonade rang up to $10.39 . The cashier charge over $12 because lemonade is extra, so I changed to sprite, that rang up to $11.29 due to taxes. All very confusing and why can't they inform customers of correct charges when they order???

  Shamrock shake not mixed well at all. Shamrock mcflurry again barely mixed. Learn how to use the mixing machine. 😔

  This McDonald's is quick with food processing time. The food is always hot and correct 90%percent of the time . I recommend this location for a good meal.

  I ordered my food for takeout and checked it when I received it (as you absolutely have to, because there are frequent mistakes with their orders). The french fries were cold. This is a normal occurrence at this location and I usually ask for a fresh batch and they make them, but this time the manager literally told me my fries were not cold. Who the heck does the manager think she is telling me what temperature my fries are. The dang fries were cold. Eventually, with a nasty expression, she takes my fries and makes new ones (or so I thought). My "new" fries were rock hard. This manager literally just threw my cold fries in the oil and double-cooked them. This location is a joke. They make frequent mistakes with orders and they don't take responsibility for the mistakes and get angry when they have to make it right. When the manager herself behaves like this, the store has no hope. AVOID.....
