- DHDoug Hyden4 days ago1.0By far of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t understand. Why is it so difficult to stir a cup of coffee in Dunkin policy is that every cup of coffee it serves the same person the Russian girl at the window never serve the coffee and then when you go in and try to speak to a manager, they said they didn’t do nothing wrong but every single day is the same problem. They don’t serve coffee it’s pure laziness. Do it right don’t do it all and go find a job where you can not care about customer service this isn’t for you.

The staff was giving us facial expressions as if we were the bad guys but it took them almost half an hour for 3 things while everybody else was served .

They did not even acknowledge me and care to even ask me if I needed anything. 2 employees were using their phones. When I ask if I can be helped they reply with “sure give us 1 min” and proceed to play games on their phones. When I start walking out they start laughing and say “okay okay we can help you”. Disrespectful little kids here.
