  I just ordered a large iced shaken espresso with coffee milk in the DD app. Of course the person making my order failed to put coffee milk and put regular milk instead. So now my boyfriend brought me home a drink that I don't like that tastes horrible and to top it off I paid an extra 1.00 for the coffee milk I never got. Not coming back to this place. It's not the first time they screw up my order.

  Was a customer for many years until recent changes. Keeping sugar, salt, pepper an ketchup behind counter. Doing this is very petty and cheap an extremly annoying nobody likes places that do this, also you have interupt workers all time if you need something while they are busy. Removed two garbage cans one inside other outside not only making it inconvient but the ones inside build up with garbage quickly. Quality of workers is poor slow, mistakes, cant understand. Music way too loud at times the speakers direct over tables cant hear yourself think. Prices hiked for what reason I dont know as it dont reflect the quality or experience. More focused on putting holiday ornaments around instead of prioritizing customer service and experience. Foods terrible the workers rush an rarely know what they are doing, only the donuts are decent. The place is now a shadow of better days long gone.

  Posts curbside as an option but waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes and had to call them to ask what was going on
