  I wanted to share feedback about an interaction I had at your bar last night. I arrived around 6 PM to watch the Knicks game and was having a great experience overall. I eventually sat at the bar next to a gentleman named Chris (he was wearing an ND hat), who mentioned he’s a regular there. Throughout the evening, I stepped away to use the restroom a few times. The last time, I left a coaster over my beer and my phone in front of it, which I believed clearly indicated the seat was occupied. When I returned, a young woman in a light blue striped button-down shirt was sitting in my seat. I politely asked if I could sit back down, and she responded by claiming I had broken my glass and spilled beer everywhere, which simply wasn’t true. I was caught off guard because I had only stepped away briefly. The interaction escalated from there, and while I admit I became frustrated and raised my voice, I felt the situation was handled poorly and unnecessarily became confrontational. What disappointed me most is that I had been enjoying my night and have supported your establishment for years. Experiences like this make me reconsider returning or hosting future business-related gatherings there. That said, I do want to compliment your bartenders, especially Lindsey and Maggie. Maggie did an excellent job trying to calm the situation and handled herself professionally under difficult circumstances. For context, I previously attended political fundraisers in your back room with my company, Ambassador Home Improvement, and have always spoken positively about your establishment. I’m not looking for compensation or anything in return — I simply wanted to share my experience and encourage you to review the security footage from approximately 9:00–9:15 PM on 5/8 if you’d like additional context regarding the incident.   wish I could say this place just had an off night, but honestly, it felt like the food had been having an off month. The wings were crunchy in the worst possible way—like they’d been sitting around for weeks before making it to the fryer. Every bite tasted old and stale, not fresh or even remotely enjoyable. The $4 margaritas might sound like a deal, but they tasted more like a mix of rubbing alcohol and hand sanitizer than anything resembling a cocktail. Definitely not worth it, even at that price. The “best” thing we had was the calamari, and that’s only because the portion size was decent. Unfortunately, even that tasted stale, like it had been sitting out far too long before being served. The only bright spot in the entire experience our waitress, Kayle. She was genuinely excellent—attentive, friendly, and did everything she could to make the experience better. It’s very clear the issues here have nothing to do with service and everything to do with the kitchen. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. Good service can’t make up for food that tastes this bad.

  Me and my friend's time started like any other. We walked through the door. It was very loud, so it was hard to hear. The security asked for I'd, i thought she said how many, but I quickly realized she was asking for ID, after that she said something and it was very load so I could hear, so I walk next to her and ask her to repeat herself, she screams gooooo in a way as if she repeating herself was a chore and she couldn't be bothered. After that we sat down at a table, and a waiter came over, we didn't have any menus, because apparently the ladies at the front desk were supposed to handle that. At this point it felt like none of the staff up front could even be bothered. That security lady in peticular was a real nasty piece of work. This was our first time, and the experience ruined. I didn't feel welcome at all, so I figured my money would be better spent some where else. We got up and left. I don't recomend going to this bar. If you want a nice bar and grill, go to the goodlife, at least there the staff will seat you and not treat you like the dirt under their boots.
