We never check our orders, because we've never had items missing. Why are the chicken tenderloins a WHOLE lot smaller at this location than the last 3 locations we've ordered from? Really really disappointing to long-time customers.

I requested honey butter sauce on the side with my order, which is a request that has been honored for me regularly in the past without any issue. Today, however, Joy made it a point to tell me that this was not a service they provide and that my request could not be accommodated because there was “no way to charge for it.” I also specifically requested that honey butter be added to my sandwich. When I received my order, the biscuit was noticeably dry and clearly did not appear to have the honey butter I requested. What made the experience especially disappointing was the lack of willingness to assist. We were not rude, disrespectful, or demanding. We simply made a reasonable request based on something this location has accommodated before. Rather than attempting to find a solution or even showing a willingness to help, the manager was extremely unaccommodating. Customer service is about more than simply saying what cannot be done it is also about how customers are treated and making a reasonable effort to ensure they leave satisfied. Unfortunately, that did not happen today. This was a terrible and disappointing experience, especially because I have had this same request honored without issue in the past. I hope management uses this as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of customer satisfaction, consistency, and respectful, solution-oriented service.

The chicken is great* but im a big guy and can get a lot more lunch for a lot less at the other 50 eateries within 5 minutes of my job. I do visit when their carpet bomb advertising piques my interest. In fact I might overlook the dirt fries and put chickie in my regular rotation until that new waffle chicken combo is gone lol sorry white castle, Your sacks of fries are par excellence though.
