There was an altercation with another customer, and I understand that situations like that can be stressful. Still, that doesn’t justify how I was treated afterward as a paying customer. I came in for a mobile order and calmly asked about it. The employee helping me had a very dismissive and hostile attitude for no reason. During the interaction, he took my drink out of my hand and put it back on the counter, then handed my food to me in a careless and disrespectful way. The whole interaction felt demeaning and completely unprofessional. I’ve never been treated like that at this location before. I hope management addresses this, because that kind of behavior is unacceptable.
