  The food was fine, usual McDonald’s. My gripe is how the manager (middle aged woman with light brown hair) handled a customer. She was very loud and insulting to the customer, totally uncalled for and out of line. In return the customer handled the situation very well.

  Went thru drive thru. Took almost 30 minutes. Person taking orders/ cash must have been new and not trained well. He was frustrated. Shift sup came only because she was called. Showed him something and turned and left. He was still frustrated/overwhelmed. Felt so bad for him. Several people in line got frustrated and left. I would have but was pinned in line and could not leave.

  This particular McDonald's seemed to be in chaos with the drive thru being backed up, and all the staff working in the kitchen and still barely getting orders out. This place should be shut down.
