  Food was decent but the manager gave me attitude and told me “don't show up 30 minutes early wanting your meal to be done”. I will say, the only time that they allowed me to pick up my food was 30 minutes out so I had no choice. When I was there, I sat for 10 minutes waiting for my food while 5 of the employees, including the manager, were doing nothing and were on their phones. I was not in a rush but figured since everyone was free, someone could make my order really quick and the kid had no problem with it. Shoutout to the lady at the window actually doing her job stressing to get orders out unlike these guys. A manager should never talk to a customer like that, then when I proceeded to say how I felt, he kept quiet. Absolutely ridiculous, gotta do better. Only place I have went out of my way to review this bad. Things almost got spicy at Chipotle

  You get a 1 because your restaurant was so dirty I never got to the counter to order because I was afraid to eat your food because I was afraid I would die. If your restaurant was that filthy I did not have any faith you were practicing proper food safety. I walked in and your doors were filthy. Actually streaked with god knows what. ALL the tables were dirty. The floor was a mess…obviously had not been swept for a long time. The drink station was littered with straw papers and napkins. The stainless steel was streaked and dirty. The front lower counter was dirty in desperate need of cleaning. When I peeked and looked at the food preparation area it was a mess. She never wiped it down between guests! And I say she because there was only one frazzled little girl waiting on a line of 15 people! I was absolutely disgusted. Do better!

  I ordered pickup for my wife, son, and me 30 minutes ahead of time since I had to stop at the grocery store on the way. I arrived on time, waited approximately 5 minutes for the car ahead of me, got the food, and when I got home the containers and the food were completely cold. There's $50 down the drain. I emailed customer service as suggested in response to many of the Google reviews, and they replied saying they'd "ensure that my experience is available for the restaurant to view". Thanks, sounds like you really care whether customers are getting what they paid for. Glad I took the time to contact you. Based on a number of poor to mediocre experiences at this store I won't go back. It's unfortunate, because the location is really convenient. I've had a positive impression of Chipotle in the past, but this whole experience was a pretty bad look.

  Restaurant was closed when we got there at 12pm for about 30min for no reason. There was people waiting outside for a long time. There was one person sitting down eating inside and when the employee which was a tall African-American male opened the door, he had such a demeanor that made me leave and not want to eat at this Chipotle any longer. Had such a face like he didn’t want to work and be there; like it was such a burden to do his job! People like that should NOT be at the frontlines of customer service. It makes the company look bad and causes daily customers like myself to never want to go there again. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I can’t give it 0z

  Love coming to this chipotle specifically. Riley always make the experience better. I do wish the fajita veggies supply was more consistent.
