  The manager of this location should not be a manager anywhere. Completely rude. Big fan of Chipotle but I will drive further to a different location. Clearly they are understaffed and I can see why. No one wants to work for him, and I don’t blame them. Woman working the line and register was sweet and apologetic that their system was glitching.

  I leave reviews rarely, but I was so uncomfortable here that I was compelled to leave a bad review. Skip this place and head to the Victor location! I didn't feel safe here

  This location in Fairport is nice and close to my home so it’s where we go. Lately over the last couple months the restaurant has been very disappointing. Every table is dirty and if you want to sit you have to clean it yourself and they haven’t had the lemonades or iced tea at all. Today’s visit they had the same filthy tables and they didn’t have any chips…..and no iced tea. I’ll stick to Rustic Taco from now on

  I was 6 mins early to my 4:20 scheduled order and was made to sit in the parking lot till it was 4:20… Yall can’t make my one bowl while im in the drive thru? Weird but ok…

  I was extremely disappointed. Stopped in around 230 for a late lunch. The 1 lady who started our order had a bad attitude, the entire restaurant was disgusting, no silverware out and when I asked for some spoons cuz it was empty I got a filthy look. First time I ever tried Chipotle food was great, restaurant was clean, and friendly staff. I come in here today after not coming to this location in awhile and was so disappointed. Not only was it filthy, no clean tables, drink station nasty, garbages overflowing, the food was very runny as if it had been sitting. My son and father got 3 tacos and by the time we sat it was so soggy they had to eat it with spoons and didn't finish. My husband and I had bowls and didn't finish. Felt like we were eating a disgusting combined soup. Ice machine not working. It was not busy either and there were already 3-4 staff there. Plenty of downtime to clean up but instead stood around talking. I will not be returning. I have been a manager for different food restaurants and never would I allow my store to look like that, allow my staff to act the way the 1 lady did. Almost $70 down the drain. Only person who was helpful with a smile on her face and I say this respectfully cuz I have mixed children myself but the African American lady working was so sweet and helpful. Only one I seen doing really anything. She definitely deserves a raise tho.
