I'm not sure what the issue is but even when the order is placed ahead of time I'm always waiting 15+ minutes!!! One time I legit waited 45 minutes for an order I have already paid for. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. I've given them many chances but the can never seem to have a single order ready even when ordering ahead. They need to figure their crap out!
