I asked for a banana milkshake and didn’t try it until I had pulled away. I have no idea what it was, but it had chunks of strawberry and pineapple and was absolutely disgusting and no bananas. There was chocolate was over the outside of the cup and the cup had a crack in it so a lot of the shake just leaked out. I was covered by more of the product than I actually had to throw away. I also ordered fries which were under cook. Now I’m sticky, hungry and still wanting a banana milkshake. I will not be back

Stopped to grab lunch after an exhausting morning and the lady who was on drive through around 3:20pm was pretty rude to us, one of our blizzards wasn't made how we requested and the bbq tenders were plain. I really don't like to complain on reviews but this experience was all around just not good. I was so excited for the bbq tenders as it's one of my favorite fast food meals. Getting home to dry tenders just made an already bad experience even worse. Please refrain the girl on speaker, it seemed she was having issues ringing things in or something, and just didn't have good customer service at all. I get its DQ...but being polite and helpful to customers shouldn't have to be an issue; we felt like a nuisance and after a long hot morning, just wanting food and ice cream, and having this experience I probably won't being returning
I go here often, very yummy food. I ordered a chicken strip basket, which Ive only done one other time up here, and multiple times in other states. I always got my normal bread and butter except this time. They've given it to me before so they must've just been out. Still, it made me sad, I got gravy to dip my bread in (I know, dont judge me) and now I have no bread to dip it in. Other than that, good food, I recommend the cheese deluxe burger

I have always enjoyed DQ! Especially since I'm from Texas & grew up with it. I came here to mainly get a Dr. Pepper then I decided to get my usual. I stood for about 5 minutes & then one person asked another person if they could they could take it the other stated they couldn't. I ended up walking out as no one was wanting to take my order. I don't get DQ often so I was excited to get it just to be disappointed. There was plenty of staff as well.
Monday, June 8th, found my bride and I visiting businesses on Route 11 near Evans Mills. When I asked her where she wanted to go for lunch, at first she said, "I don't know." But then, she spied the big "DQ" sign, and asked, "Dairy Queen?" So, about 2:30pm, we pulled in and went inside to "dine in." She ordered the $7 chicken tenders meal and I ordered the #1 double bacon cheeseburger meal, for a total of $19.00 rounded up. "Kaitlyn" was our order taker and, quite possibly, one of only two employees on hand on that quiet Monday. We got our drink cups then chose our beverages, my wife taking sweet tea and I opting for Pepsi (yeaaaa!) before picking our seats in the dining area. As we were the only customers inside, Kaitlyn had no problem finding us when she brought my wife's sundae over to our table. Soon our meals arrived via Kaitlyn, a model of efficiency, and we dug in. My burger was hot and very good, the fries were tasty, and the Pepsi was great. My bride enjoyed her meal but thought that the fries should have been cooked longer. They weren't as crispy as we prefer. That was the only fault to be found so "4-stars" will be posted as there is room for improvement. In my opinion, many restaurants, fast food and otherwise, need to extend the cooking time of their fries a bit to have them "hot and crispy" when they reach the customer.
