Ah yes, the dreaded McDonald's drive-thru. Don't go here expecting your orders going to be correct. Always check your bag before you leave. These people have a consistency for screwing up simple orders. Time to find a new place to get my breakfast

At 1 am on Sunday night I went through the drive thru and I was hearing burping and farting noises through the microphone. It was so rude. When I went to the window to pay it was clear that 2 guys were goofying around. One was clearly high and making the wrong food. It wasn't even a rush it was 1am and he wasn't paying attention. The only female there took responsibility for everything. I felt bad for her.

Got a drink from McDonald's in Endicott on May 8th and there was a piece of a glove in my drink, almost choked on it. Make me question how clean this place actually is.

Sat in drive thru with 4 other cars outside of morning rush, nobody moved up for 5 minutes due to slow service. Understaffed or operating slowly, left due to delay. If nothing else, McD should be fast.

I ordered a pickup order off the McDonald's mobile app at approximately 10:45pm. I paid for it when I made the order on the app with my card. It is about a mile away and I decided to take my dog on a walk while I picked up the order. When I got there at 11:10pm the door was locked. the lady who I assume was the manager, yelled to me through the locked glass door that I could not come in. I tried to show her the order details from the app but she showed no interest in looking at it. She told me that I had to have a car and go through the drive through. When I told her I walked she said I had to cancel the order. I tried calling the store so I could speak with her directly and not yelling through the doors but she did not answer the phone (I called twice and each rang for approximately 2 minutes each). I'm not certain but I believe my order was all bagged up and taped closed right next to her on the counter. I am not happy that she treated me that way and her superiors should know that she is acting extremely unprofessionally during the late night hours. I would highly suggest against taking your business to this McDonald's.
