  love this place the instant I became a regular and they see you are there everyday same time usually they start to make your coffee when you walk in. Have been going to this location for the last 10 years ive lived in Endicott 😀 And thats a record cannot believe I have lived in this community for 10 years. 👏😀

  Super sweet staff and loved the new oreo colada. The girls greet you as soon as you walk in. The one had something in their hand they told me they'd be right with me and were quick. Makes the drinks right in front of you so you can see everything is right. Glad this place is open late now and they aren't rude when you come in at night unlike some places.

  20 min before close, Gen Alpha crew too worried about leaving on time to simply acknowledge customers' existence. Looked at menu boards and the few donuts left in the display for at least two minutes before I realized there was an ordering kiosk and the staff was going to continue breaking down the line, not planning to take our order. After awkwardly placing and receiving our order for two donuts without a single word being spoken, the actual product was disgusting. Jelly inside the donut tasted like industrial cleaner. Threw it in the trash after two bites. Dunkin never again.

  Too many kids all of these restaurants let these kids come in and ruin the atmosphere. Screaming yelling throwing food and acting belligerent while staff sit by and just watch. It would be nice if they implicated a time limit for school kids

  I ordered a protein latte and saw that the gentleman used a SKIM milk, NOT the Lactaid 2% milk that charges 1$ extra which I was charged. I brought it to his attention and he tried to justify it by how the machine requires the skim milk. I never argued, but I know it's wrong. I have also noticed this same gentleman does not ask whether you want your drink hot or iced , nor does he ask you what size drink you want. Others, the females in particular- are really good about asking that before charging. It's common edequate. Starbucks in comparison is truly on top of that and train their workers well- they always ask these questions. Well, this man just gives you any size, and any latte he wants to give you, and now apparently puts whatever milk he wants in your drinks- so you aren't given a protein drink if you order one. I felt so scammed by this place- I will never go to this dunkin again.
