Been here several times, different employees, no common courtesy to say thank you. Need further training or owner needs to find better workers.

When I went inside, I asked if there was avocado toast. She said rudely they don’t have anymore. I then asked if there was a case of munchkins and she aggressively tapped the glass and said in a rude tone these are the sizes. Horrible customer service, I felt uncomfortable ordering.

There seems to be a good fluidity between various order prep and order taking tasks. I’ve been three times during busy periods with no wait time over 1 minute unlike other Dunkin locations which can struggle balancing kiosk and in person ordering fulfilment. Items were fresh (donut and coffee) and delivered as ordered. Make sure you get a paper receipt and note your four digit order number.
