Waited 15 minutes for a shake because the girl on the register was not paying attention. All the while Nadia the manager on duty was on her phone and packaging fries. When another customer asked to speak to her it took her several minutes to come to the customer. Once the customer asked her question Nadia, pointed and continue to talk to this customer as she turned her back on her and walked away. I won't visit this location again.
I am unable to contact through the link that was given in the response by the owner.

The atmosphere can be light annd friendly or at a notice can be discouraging and sad. The crowd that congregate regularly is a variety and has character. If you dont like loud dont go here. Almost always something going on here. But the service is great and the food is as well. Its not McDonalds per say, but the crowd that makes it a spot hard to sit and eat at. Drive thru all day tho. Get what you want and how you want it. And enjoy elsewhere.
I know the employees are trying their best, it’s busy most of the time and our orders are more often than not just fine. Today really upset me. Our food was all over in the box just a big mess and my daughter (7yo) LOVES kpop and was so excited to get her happy meal toy (why we were there in the first place) Apparently it’s only sold with nuggets and not burgers which is weird and she always gets the burger happy meal never nuggets. And it came with no toy. We already drove away after checking the food and we had just parked at home and she says “mom there’s no toy or anything” and was bummed. We waited 40 min in line! Again, I realize they are busy doing their best. However When someone orders a happy meal it’s 95% for a kid. Kids like the toy the best we all know this. That’s the whole reason we went today in fact. I tried calling and the number just hangs up so you can’t even get ahold of anyone there. So I called the Grand central location, answers immediately was very polite I asked what the meal is supposed to come with if a toy or anything at all? She says yes they should come with trading cards, I said thank you for your time. Drove BACK to Elmira location it’s closest to my house. I park we walk in and I ask about the cards and the employee says “oh we don’t have any” …. Okay so you ran out understandable, but that’s not the issue. The issue is there needs to be a sign put up out by the ordering menu so people are aware! We are buying for our kids who expect and look forward to what they get. So I paid for the meal and for what? The box? This has happened once before at this location again issues with happy meal toys. If I’m going to sit for 40 minutes and pay for this specific happy meal because my daughter loves k pop now I have a bummed sad kid and I am not happy. Please put up signs for this by the menu box so people don’t order for their kids who are looking forward to the cards or a toy. I most certainly didn’t get money taken off my bill for the cards not coming with the meal so again what did I pay for? A box. I paid for a box. Please do better (Owner).

My family and I are traveling back home to NJ- we stopped here to use the bathroom <In Elmira NY, on 410 N. Main Street> .
While waiting for assistance, A gentleman who was doing work OUTSIDE, came in and went straight to the fries- he began bagging and scooping fries. We continued to wait another few minutes before I said excuse me, to get a employees attention. The one employee turned halfway around <Nadia> and said' yeah... I motioned her to come closer; and with hesitation and an attitude of being bothered, she came over. I said, hello- 2 things, one, can we have the code to the bathroom and the gentleman over there on the fries came straight in from outside working, and didn't wash his hands. She walked passed me and said- he doesn't have to wash his hands. I said- is that policy? She said, yes and our policy is once an hour for hand washing <in a very nasty, bothered tone> and- still not looking at me, while unlocking the bathroom door-
I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the manager <in which later I found out she wasn't > I then asked for the 1-800 number for the company, as she walked passed me- dismissively, she stated; all the numbers are around the windows....
And walked back up front. We used the bathroom, and canceled our order... I then asked for her name <noone was wearing a name tag>, and was told they don't give them out. I was then greeted by Veronica <very warm and apologetic> , who apologized and gave her name....
This type of conduct is unacceptable for any business handling food or customer service.
Hopefully this matter will be handled immediately- Nadia should never work in customer service let alone food service business.
