  Just ordered a Half Pound Beef and Cheddar that was SHREDDED - literally the most disgusting thing I have ever seen and tried to eat. I was extremely hungry prior to this but literally lost all my appetite for the day - I just threw it right in the trash. On top of the constant questioning that they gave me while ordering (asking about additional items I didn't want). When I say I will never come here again, I will *never* come here again. Absolutely disgusting. Thank you for helping me reassess what I put into my body.

  We went to Arby's for lunch. I told my partner I dont care for Arby's except for their wraps and their baked potatoes but figured as long as I would be fine with a loaded baked potato. We go inside NO baked potatoes and only hot wraps. The staff heard me say to my partner that I didnt want anything since they didnt have bake potatoes and no one said oh yes we do, they just aren't on the menu. He gets his food, we leave and he said to me he didnt know they had baked potatoes or wraps, I answered with oh they used to maybe not anymore. I look on line sure enough, they had potatoes per on line. My fault for not asking.THEIR FAULT for hearing me say they dont have potatoes and answer with an oh yes we do ma'am.

  How do you forget my frys when I only ordered on meal....made sure to ask if I wanted to make it a large tho

  Went to dinner , worker walked right in front of my husband. He than dropped a milk shake, with no apology or even sorry. I get it was an accident on both sides. No replacement of said item. Not even inquring if he was ok. Him being an elderly person. Other than rudeness of person. We loke going to Arby's.
