I asked all 3 workers about my order and totally got ignored by 2 and the other rudely said it’s coming. 10+ more minutes pass and the guy finally asked about my order again and handed it. I’ve been a worker in these situations and I get how busy and stressful it can be, but totally ignoring a customer right in their face and such slow service despite the business was APPALLING. I feel absolutely disgusted.

The staff often seem uninterested or frustrated when helping customers. There’s usually no friendly greeting or smile, and sometimes they seem more focused on talking among themselves than assisting customers. The other day, I ordered a coffee and was polite throughout the interaction. When my coffee was handed to me, it was placed down so roughly that it spilled over the top of the cup. I was really frustrated, especially because the interaction itself already felt unfriendly. The employee’s name on my receipt was Bithi. I initially wondered if it was just my experience, but after speaking with other customers, I realized that several people have noticed similar issues with the customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and pays more attention to how customers are being treated. A little kindness, professionalism, and proper customer service can make a huge difference. I really like Dunkin, which is why it’s disappointing to have experiences like this. I hope things improve, because otherwise they may lose loyal customers. For now, I’ll probably be taking my business elsewhere.

I stood there wondering why my drink wasn’t ready yet it’s been 10 mins without any customers inside. The 3 workers saw me waiting there didn’t say or ask anything. Then I noticed they’re bringing the food to the side door. So I was like where’s the pickup supposed to be here or there and one of the worker was like was it online? I told her yes and she was like oh it’s there instead. What was the point of having a pickup sign if you’re not gonna use it and on top of that you see the customer standing there waiting and not say a single thing. This is the first Dunkin’ that doesn’t follow the signage and I’ve been to many in different states too. Will NOT go there again customer service sucks!
