- JJJiMay 13, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Staff will look you in the eye and ignore you if they don’t want to serve you. When I said hi, trying to be friendly, I was looked in the face and staff went back to what they were doing. I wasn’t even there late, it was around 4 PM. My time is valuable too you know? I suggest that if you don’t appreciate bad customer service then do not come here. Also, if you do not like your quesadillas barely heated or salty chips do not come here either. I will not be buying chipotle anymore.

The place was very messy. I understand that it’s in a shopping complex. I think Chipotle as a company could definitely do better. They had no corn salsa. Their white rice was so bland and they had aluminum foil on like four containers. I guess to keep it clean, but it did not look good at all. Everything is missing appropriate amount of seasoning which normally it does have. If you are in the queens nyc area. I recommend the chipotle in the rego center or maybe in the qc mall but this one isn’t it this isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service here.
