- SHSonia HJun 18, 20261.0On june 17, 2026 approximately 8:00 PM, I visited Chipotle at the Queens Mall Center. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Two employees, Ariel and Ann Marie , appeared to have poor attitudes while serving customers. They seemed uninterested, were not welcoming, and handled food carelessly. Considering the prices customers pay, I believe food should be prepared with professionalism and respect. We decided not to order the guacamole because it appeared dark and unappetizing. In addition, the serving area was messy, with food spills that did not appear to be cleaned promptly. When they serve my food, one of the girls literally thrown my food that my bowl cover got smashed… pictures attached What concerned me most was a hygiene issue. I observed one cup of sauce fall into another container, and an employee removed it with her bare hands and continued serving the sauce to other customers. This raised concerns about food safety and sanitation. I hope management reviews this feedback, provides additional training if needed, and ensures employees follow proper food-handling and customer service standards. This review is intended to help improve the customer experience for future guests.
