- RRRolando RosAug 29, 20262.0it was 8:35pm on a Saturday and they still had a lot of what I will order. i was the last guy on the line but when it was my turn, the guy on the counter just said they were closed. when I reacted in surprise, the guy repeated in a rude tone that they were closed. I don’t know what their reason was for closing all of a sudden with still a lot of food available. usually, stores give warnings when they are about to close the line and I understand when there is no food left. this one just closed all of a sudden. the owner of this franchise needs to look up whoever the manager was at this time and know why they close so quickly for no reason.

I order a bowl, not only they skimmed on the meat as though they are losing money with each spoon they toss into the bowl, they didn’t have any greens. That’s just crazy. Everything was less and I repeatedly told them to give me more and they gave me or less than a half of spoon. This is not how you get customers back at all. While packing, they not only messed up the metal lid to cover it. My food basically spilled. Literally an easy thing to do is close it properly. Chipotle your can give me a direct number to solve this. Do not take me to a general hotline where I have to press so many numbers to get a live number.
