- SBSwopnil Baral2 days ago1.0I came in around 10:40 PM, and the sign clearly indicated that the store closes around 11:00 PM. The customer in front of me repeatedly tried to get the staff’s attention by saying, “Hello! Hello!” but the employee behind the counter continued to ignore us. The employee who was mopping also did not acknowledge us or communicate with us. If the store has a cutoff time for serving customers before the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated. Customers should not be left standing there wondering whether they are going to be served. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. The staff’s lack of communication and professionalism made for a frustrating experience. If the location is no longer accepting customers before closing, the doors should be closed or customers should be informed rather than simply ignored. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

I’ve been to many Chipotle locations before, but this was by far one of the dirtiest I’ve visited, and the service was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend going to another location. It’s worth the extra travel time.
