Extremely disappointed! Fries soggy and not fresh. Sandwich was cold. Will probably never go back to this location. Queens center mall never has any of these issues.

I realized too late that I had forgotten my debit card, and though I tried to pay using both Apple Pay and Google Wallet, the system wasn't working for me at the time. The cashier, Michael, was incredibly kind and handled the situation with so much grace. Instead of having me cancel the order, he provided my meal (nearly $19) on the house. It’s this kind of community-focused service that sets this branch apart. I already enjoyed coming here, but this experience really solidified why this is my go-to spot for lunch. I highly recommend this location for the food, but especially for the amazing staff!

- SVSummer ValdezApr 28, 20261.0I don’t want to seem like a Karen but when it’s your first meal of the day and god damn Eddie gets your order wrong or the person bagging the order the only thing you can do is write a bad review knowing they won’t do anything and you wasted your money (ordered the deluxe sandwich with no TOMATOES and they gave me the grilled chicken sandwich didn’t even take out the tomate)
