  The customer service here was absolutely disgusting. I was hung up on after inquiring about an order that I never received. Then told it wasn’t there problem is was door dash, when the originally order was placed through Pizza Hut. I never received my order and I was told a refund could not be offered:

  This is the only location left in the city and I see why its going down hill. you call the location listed and apparently a call center answers. I go pick up my pizza and there's no order . That's not good for business!

  apparently you can’t pay cash for delivery after they get all your personal information. It’s ridiculous that they make it so difficult for people to order for dinner but that’s fine with me I’ll take my money elsewhere. You guys as people need to do better and find some dignity and morals.self respect and integrity.

  I ordered a l large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and two salads. My total came to $36 and some change. I gave the delivery guy $40 in cash and he told us that we need to call the store to get a refund so we gave him $40 for one stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and when I called back they would never pick up the phone they would never call me back nothing nothing at all it's like they just robbed me. The pizza was not really good either it seemed like it was rushed however I'm still trying to get in contact with them today so since they don't want to answer the phone I'm just going to go drive with my receipt and go ask for a refund because this is unacceptable I came all the way to visit Syracuse and this is what I get for dinner. Not cool very disappointing
