  I had a really disappointing experience at my local Dunkin today. I stopped in during Nurses Appreciation Week after hearing that many locations were offering a free medium iced coffee for nurses. I was the only customer there and still waited quite a while without being acknowledged. The employee, an older man, stayed in the back cleaning and didn’t greet me or offer help. When I finally asked for assistance and showed my nursing ID, he responded dismissively, threw his hands up, and said, “What promotion?! Show me on the app!” before walking away and refusing to help me. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ended up leaving and going to another Dunkin location, where they immediately knew about the promotion and kindly honored it without hesitation. It’s frustrating that on a week meant to recognize healthcare workers, this location couldn’t even provide basic customer service.

  This location really loves to give you milk with a splash of coffee. I try to only come here when I don't have time to stop somewhere else, but every time I ask them not to put too much milk in, I always end up with extremely light coffee anyway. If I ask if they can fix it, I'm given major attitude. When that happens, I just leave (sometimes without my coffee because I can't even drink it that light). It’s a waste of time and money. The Dunkin' in Mt. Sinai is so great about this, they ask if you prefer your coffee light or dark. Go there instead if you have the time!

  How do I get stale donuts at 11:00am with barely any filling. Probably yesterday's donuts. Disappointing.

  This is a bacon jam grilled cheese sandwich. However, there is barely one slice of cheese here. Do better.

  Coffee as usual was good, donuts just keep getting worse though. You get fresher donuts at 7/11 now.
