I love consistency, so I always order exactly the same thing: my favorite drink and the same sandwich as always. Unfortunately, I've been coming for a few days now and the experience has come to less. They no longer prepare things the same; my favorite drink no longer has the same flavor as before and the sandwich completely lost the quality and touch with which they made it. It is frustrating to come every day expecting the same good experience and receiving something totally different and of lower quality in the last visits. I hope the administration pays attention to this, whether they changed staff in the kitchen or ingredients, because you can see the difference. I would really like to go back and enjoy what used to make me come every morning.

- HMHs MMay 22, 20261.0I stopped by the drive-thru yesterday around 5 pm, rushing to grab a quick to bite I ordered a ham croissant sandwich and a coffee, which came out to over $8. To be honest, it was heartbreaking. The croissant was completely dried out, the piece of ham inside was tiny, and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. I ended up having to throw almost all of it away. It wasn’t just about the wasted money; it genuinely felt like being handed scraps after paying a premium. Lately, living around New York and Long Island, it feels like this has become the norm. Prices keep going up, but the quality and care keep going down. It makes me wonder—why do we, as hardworking consumers, have to accept this as our reality? I am writing this review not out of anger, but out of a sincere hope for change. We need to do better, and this location needs to change. Let’s raise our standards and bring back the basic quality and respect that customers deserve. Until things genuinely improve, I won’t be coming back.
