  My favorite worker, Przemystaw pas always gives good portions and is the fastest and most efficient person there. Very handsome and cooperative. Best dml and line worker there

  Came on a Sunday and they were out of Cheese & Sour Cream for some in and refused to give me some from the Take Out. Guy who rolled my burrito made a softball and it wound up on the ground after 3 bites. They don't roll it in tinfoil the right way, I remember the napkins told you how to eat the burrito correct without it falling out. They go on a diamond and you can't unwrap as you eat it. Store needs to desperately retraining.

  Every time I come here there's an issue. Before they had no cash and I waited 20 minutes, before I could eat my food. Another time the Ice machine was broken. Every time, theres a huge wait even when there's only 5 customers in the place. Everyone lacks a sense of urgency in the place. No one cares at all or takes pride in their work. You can bet your butt, that every one of the employees was cleaning the kitchen at 8:30 PM though. Today on a Friday I waited 20 minutes on a line that went out the door while they had 1 person doing everything. The guy literally pulls apart the barbacoa, with his gloved hands because the meat was portion was too large, instead of giving a slightly larger piece of meat, so instead we got about 3 ounces. Also they're out of hard taco shells and no taco tray lol. They just wrapped all three soft tacos in foil together. How do you run out of those things lol? I would have left, but I was with my mother who was hungry. Not to mention the place is always filthy. Never again. Merrick, Carle Place, Uniondale, Levittown, Hicksville, and every other one I've been to on the island is great. Who's running this place?

  Go here a lot and never leave bad reviews when somethings messed up or not good. The app wouldn't let me order because it said the payments weren't working. Had to go to the store that was completely understaffed, and wait for 30 minute to move up from third in line to first. Half the food containers were empty and server was giving smaller portions instead of refilling them. Didn't include the side of sour cream I ordered. To top it all off, after all that waiting, I get home and there is a live bug in my wife's bowl. She was about five bites in and screamed because she almost ate it before digging down to the bottom of the bowl.
