So happy they opened a new location closer to home and in a great area. Came here for dinner and it was great service is great as well as the staff 10/10 recommend.

As a long time lover of cava I was very excited a new location was opening closer to home. However, after visiting a few times I won’t be returning. What drew the line was the behavior of the manager. My boyfriend and I went yesterday, ordered and got our food as normal. We noticed the boy making our bowl ask for more grilled chicken and steak multiple times (the manger was stocking cookies two feet away). After the boy told the manager they were out of stock for the people behind us in line, the manager proceeded to yell at the boy very unprofessionally right in front of us. He then proceeded to call over another employee who he then yelled at. As a service worker myself I find it very unprofessional and downright rude to talk to ur employees like that especially in front of customers. In addition, instead of hyper focusing on stocking cookies I feel he should have some more awareness of the needs of the establishment.
After he finally got done yelling at them about five minutes worth of waiting he rang us up. No apologies for the way he behaved or making us wait. I feel terrible for the employees and refuse to support a business that would allow that. I understand managers have frustrating jobs but taking it out in front of customers and when we say something he tells us “we don’t know the half of it” it’s incredibly unprofessional.

No soap in bathroom. How do staff serve food? I waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Only one in line. Manager on his phone so waited to be served. Tables dirty and not wiped down between use. I had to ask for pita and was not offered .

I was excited when I heard this opened up but was quickly disappointed. The service was terrible and the manager was texting at the cash register with a line full of people. The employees were stingy with the portions and super slow. From the time my order was started to the time I paid, took at least 10 minutes. They didn’t know the cost of adding vegetables and just stared at me until I had to ask if they could find out. Will not be coming back
