  Just got home from this place. Ordered a kids 5 piece nuggets and fries meal at 607 on the kiosk. Didn’t get my food until almost 630. Three people behind the counter filling pickup and delivery orders not knowing what order to do things in or what the other person is doing. Kept talking to each other. Walking around looking confused what to do next. So unorganized. I was given a bag with just chicken nuggets at first. I’m being asked what else I need or what’s in my order. Like look at the order receipt right in front of you. I had to ask for my fries and the sauces and the lemonade multiple times before they got it right. Busy packed restaurants serve food faster than this place did with 5 people inside. Think an Uber Eats person left without their food because it wasn’t ready, and maybe hadn’t even been started yet. Go to any other burger spot but this one. I’ll never be back.

  Food is great but they take forever and ordering ahead is pointless because it won’t be ready.

  Wayback Burgers was an average experience overall. The burgers and sides were decent but nothing that really stood out. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders were dry and lacked flavor, which was disappointing. Service and atmosphere were okay, but the food didn’t quite live up to the hype. Not a bad place, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit again.
