    On July 2nd, I ordered the Red, White and Blue Slush Float which was supposed to come in a special America-themed souvenir cup. The drink that was served was mostly blue raspberry slush, with very little white vanilla ice cream and almost no red strawberries on top. It also did NOT come in the souvenir cup. When I asked about the cup, I was told that they didn't have any. When I asked for a refund because I ordered it because I wanted the cup, I was told that they couldn't refund my money because I ordered it through the app. When I asked to speak to a manager, instead of the manager coming out to talk to me, she just sent the cashier out with a small piece of paper with Sonic's corporate phone number. When I called corporate, I explained the problem and told them that all I wanted was the souvenir cup (that I had already paid for), but I was told that they couldn't get it for me, but they would have someone from the store call me. I specifically told corporate that I wanted a call back from someone above the store, either a district or regional manager. They said okay, but when I got a phone call the next day, it was the store manager. The manager told me that he just got in three cases of souvenir cups, and he would replace the drink for me. I explained that I don't live near the store, (almost 30 minutes each way), but I would come in next week. He told me that he might not have any cups left by then. He told me to come in within a day or two or he might be out of the cups. So I had to make a special trip back to the store on July 4th to get the replacement cup because he couldn't be bothered to hold one for me in the office for a week. I appreciate that he gave me two drinks when I went there, (both in the same souvenir cups even though there were three different cups advertised), but it wasn't worth the aggravation. verall, this was a bad experience because Sonic just doesn't understand how to handle proper customer service.

    This was one of the cleanest and organized Sonic I've been too. Ordered online and drink was ready right on time when I pulled up to the car booth. Kid on skates came through with multiple drinks freshly made...and that 250 year American Anniversary Red, White, and Blue drink was one of the best drinks I've ever had. Can't be the $2.50 it cost too, life changing! I've never felt more American after drinking this👍🏿👍🏿🇺🇸.

    I usually order from this sonic once in a while and never had any issues until tonight. I’m extremely frustrated! It took me a couple of minutes to acknowledge me after pressing the red button, I place my order, sits in car for 17 minutes and still no food brought to my vehicle. I pressed the red button multiple times for an update on my food and they didn’t respond. I had to shut off my engine, walk into the restaurant, to speak to someone. The young lady that I spoke to was 100% careless and not apologetic at all whatsoever. I said either refund me or just bring me my slushie and pretzel, 10 minutes later she comes out with my refund and again, no remorse. I’m very disappointed in this sonic especially because I’ve been here countless times with no issues. If you’re that understaffed don’t do business at this time because it was almost 11pm or be honest and tell the customers that it will be a little bit of a wait due to being understaffed.

    Nastiest workers I’ve ever met. Refused to take my autistic friends order due to his studder and indecievness. Anthony is the greatest roller skater and waiter of all time. Anthony deserves a raise and a statue outside of the restaurant. His enthusiasm and helpfulness is unmatched to any roller skater/ waiter I’ve ever met.
