- JSJohn Shishkoff4 days ago1.0I spoke to a women named Brenda or Debra at 952pm 5/16/26 when I called the store. All I asked is if you can cook the chicken tenders a little more well done for a lady I caretake for and she said something about standards this and that. Then I asked is there anyway you could please just throw them in the fryer for a couple seconds longer for this lady. She said, " Im sorry sir, I can't do that, is there anything else I can help you with?" Then hangs up. Listen I get there are rule's and regulation's to every store, but what i asked wasn't to much. Hicksville does it all the time and with a smile on there fast or asks me kindly to pull up to a spot and wait. I really didn't like that fact that I spent money at that chic fila location. Service is number one to me, an I get it. I won't get that at fast food restaurant's often but Chic fila is different. They advertise good service, (they charge you for it too) When the order reached me, I got a medium fry instead of a large. A diet lemonade instead of a strawberry lemonade, and the funny part. I asked for extra chic fila sauce if they wouldn't mind and instead of the 5 i ordered on uber eats I got 1. I do not know what I did to offend this women by asking her to cook my nuggets well done. ( that sounded weird but it's true) But man when I tell you this meal was made with hate, I mean it. Never, ever, EVER, will I Uber Chic Fila after 10pm EVER again.. You get a whole different experience. I feel honestly robbed, and I'm pissed off. I never write things like this.. Ever.. This was awful.

Don't look like any mature adults working there. All young high school looking kids working there. AVIOD that Chick-Fil-A location. Go elsewhere.
