  I had not been a the palm in East Hampton in 6 years, I don't know who took over the place , but I will say with confidence that it is far better on every level then I remember it to be . steaks were outstanding. calamari was great. ! they did not have the wine I chose , so they upgraded me with a better wine for the same prices my original choice., and they offered the desserts on the house , portions are like it's 1999 again. ,tab was $1100. worth every penny. well done the palm people.

  Service and atmosphere great. Food very good. All was fresh and well cooked. Steaks (ny strip) were good not great. Didn’t taste like prime, more like choice. Buy very good and we’ll return. Chicken parm was outstanding — they should patent their tomato sauce. Bacon better than Luger’s. Potatoes au gratin sublime. Server was Kaylia and she was absolutely fantastic — friendly, competent, engaged and checked in. Great employee; total pro. Also Chris the manager quite friendly as was the rest of the staff. We stopped dining at the Palm after a bad experience 15 years ago (soupy chopped salad which they claimed was standard presentation — couldn’t have been as I’ve never had salad in 1/2” of water). Seems they’re turned it around prob due to arrival of Chris 7-8 years ago. The Palm is back and rocking and we’ll visit again soon!

  We started with the calamari and the lobster ravioli. The calamari were definitely the highlight of the appetizers—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The lobster ravioli were also very good, but they had a noticeable spicy kick, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to spice. The 18oz New York steak was good, but nothing extraordinary. The mashed potatoes were a 10/10—absolutely outstanding!

  Had a fantastic dinner Saturday night!!! The atmosphere was intimate and cozy. Perfect for a date night. Our starters were fantastic, Our main course was cooked to perfection with excellent seasoning. Top Notch service from the staff couldn’t have felt any more comfortable Super attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely return many times.
