  Waited 30-40 minutes for a to go order that they said would be 10-15 minutes(I was one of two customers there), asked for extra soy sauce and they gave me a total of two packets.

  I usually love soho because the food is always great and the staff is quick but last night was a major disappointment. We had to keep flagging down a waiter for things we needed like drinks and appetizers because all the servers were ignoring us. It took forever to even get drinks because we couldn’t get anyone to wait on us. We get the bill and see that the tip was automatically added which it never was before so I asked the waiter and he said parties of 6 or more automatically get gratuity added to the bill which would have been fine if the service was adequate. Basically we were given garbage service and ignored throughout the whole meal just because servers knew they would get tipped good anyway. This was my first bad experience here and I was very disappointed, especially with last night being a special occasion.

  My mom took me for dinner. It was awesome. I asked for tempura veggies, which my mom had never had before. She loved them! My dinner was the Hibachi salmon and filet mignon combo. Everything was so delicious, including the soup and salad. I can't wait to eat here again in the future!

  This place is amazing but one particular server in my opinion need to be more polite and should have costumer service.

  The sushi was excellent. I was not impressed with the duck spring roll though other than that the peeking duck and the crab Rangoons were good.
