  I was charged for extra nuggets and unnecessary food that was not ordered. I ordered four large fries and four small fries came. My chicken sandwiches were not plain like I asked. This is a disgrace to the McDonald’s organization. The CEO was contacted. I hope this happens to none of you guys.

  I rarely eat McDonald's, but if I did...this would be the place. There is always someone in there cleaning. The bathrooms are emaculate....for a NYC public bathroom IYKYK. I work in the are and frequently stop here for a bathroom break 🤷🏾‍♀️

  Service sucks!! Why are we waiting for our food for 20-30 mins. The manager is so nasty! They need people that want to work and move fast! It’s a fast food restaurant our food should be ready in less then 10mins

  To whom it may concern: Their received order for my nephew was incorrect once again. I refrained from lodging a complaint during the initial incident; however, this ongoing issue is concerning. Is the staff reviewing the receipts being printed? They supplied the wrong toy and compromised the accuracy of the order. Moreover, the lemonade was not filled to capacity the last time my nephew ordered it, and I had to dispose of the opened apple slices. The order included a Super Mario Galaxy toy and a hamburger meal. I am not impressed with this franchise.

  Bad customer service they need to hire new employees as the current employees will cause customers to skip this location. The employees hold things against paying customers and try and slow down your order to frustrate you. Also i asked for a coffee and they forgot to put light ice on my receipt so in order to prevent them from making my coffee again i needed a way to communicate it so i opened their window innocently in the drive thru by the way as this occurred in the drive thru area to tell them please light ice before they handed me my coffee so they wouldnt have to trouble themselves from making another one. So the young girl employee didnt like that and i can see it from her face so she handed me my coffee later with the lid not attached properly which caused my coffee to spill slightly in my car. This was petty and hateful from her and shouldnt be done to any paying customer. Shaking my head. If you dont like your job please get another do not take out your frustration on paying customers as this will not fix your issue. I would not recommend this mcdonalds based off this experience.
