  Bad customer service.. Staff who have. her name is Laura no empathy for customers, does not speak English, totally disrespectful.

  I came here with my service dog and the “security” the woman, extremely rude and discriminating towards me for my service animal and before I could say she was a service animal, she just kept telling me to leave. I was carrying my pet so that it wouldn’t inconvenience anyone in the store. I’d also like to add that while I was trying to come into the store the same “security” was hassling someone of their bag which they were trying to explain that they used for their groceries and she kept saying she didn’t care he needed to check it in. If you’re extremely concerned about theft, close the shop then because trying to grocery shop with a “security” like that is ridiculous and makes you not want to go to this supermarket of how disrespectful, discriminating, and ugly the security guard is towards customers.
