If you order using the app, check your food before you leave, they must give the old stuff to people who walk in and pick up already bagged items. This was the location in East Aurora, NY Needless to say, it went right in the trash.

Immediately greeted with a "Whatd you want? Here or to go?" Not even an attempt to fake a customer service voice/manners. But whatever idc that much about that i get it. But then... Me: "Can I get 3 scoops of the chicken" Worker: "No, you can only get 2" Me: "oh?, I want 3..." Worker: "Just one then?" Me :"I guess 2 is fine" Screw what the paying customer is willing to pay for I guess 🤷♂️🤦♂️ I am no longer a paying customer, short lived time that was.
