  The wait times are excessively long for no apparent reason. It seems they are either understaffed or the employees work at a very slow pace.

  Was told to pull around front because they were working on a "big order" and that they'll bring the food out "when they can". I waited around 15 minutes and watched as multiple people who pulled up for mobile orders had their food promptly brought out, as well as people who had walked in after I parked walking out with their orders. Why even have a drive through if I have to wait out front anyways? None of these items take more than 1 minute to prepare start to finish, this location started out strong until they brought on some local "talent", now it's the same as the others. Will not be back.

  It’s not busy at all, I was the only one in the drive thru line and they told me to drive around the front and park and they’ll bring it out to me. I’ve been waiting a long time and the food is still not ready - long enough that I had time to leave this review. That’s just bad management. Someone else went through the drive thru and left already while I am sitting here.

  First time going ordered 3 things two cheeses roll ups and one quesadilla… got two or three items… enjoyed explaining to my 4 year old who was hungry that I’ll make her something when we get home because putting three things in a bag eluded the staff… guess even brand new Taco Bell’s will scam you out the gate

  Went through the drive-thru and was told to go pull around to mobile pickup. Sat there for almost 15 min with no food. Ended up going in and getting a refund.
