  I would not recommend ordering from this location because it’s in a ghost kitchen mainly for delivery. For in person pick up, you need to order on an app, and the wait time is longer than they estimate since they’re prioritizing delivery orders. I waited over 30 minutes in person for a sandwich that would’ve taken less than 10 to get at the Dumbo location in person.

  They make the best breakfast sandwiches in the city. They should be a little less sensitive about people asking for ingredients changes on the sandwiches though. For example, today I ordered their cheesesteak and the dude at the counter seemed upset that I wanted American cheese instead of Swiss. He mentioned it like three times when I was ordering and then he mentioned it again at me when I picked up the sandwich like “oh you wanted it without Swiss, right?”. I’ll keep ordering their breakfast sandwiches but Im not feeling the lunch time scene here… this isnt a michelin restaurant, people should be able to request changes to the sandwiches and not get passive aggressive comments from the counter staff…
