A simple explanation or even basic acknowledgment would have gone a long way. The app is part of Dunkin’, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel stupid for a technical issue they didn’t cause. I did ultimately get my original order, which is why this isn’t one star, but the experience itself was frustrating and avoidable.
