  Smallest burrito I've ever had from Chipotle. The end sticking out was just folded tortilla. Definitely do not recommend this location for mobil orders.

  I always have such a great experience here that I come back again and again, and confirm that the excellent service isn’t a one-time thing — it seems to be the culture at this location. What makes this even more impressive is that I had actually come from the Scarsdale Chipotle, where they had run out of multiple items around 9:30 PM, more than an hour before closing. I understand there was a BOGO promotion going on and demand was probably higher than usual, but I was still surprised to see essentials like sour cream unavailable that early in the evening. When I arrived here, the experience couldn’t have been more different. Frankie was incredibly gracious serving me and went above and beyond when the restaurant had run out of chicken. Instead of simply saying “we’re out,” the team made a fresh batch even though it was close to closing time. That kind of customer service deserves recognition. I also want to recognize some outstanding team members: • Atiana – always there, always helpful, and one of the main reasons this location runs so smoothly. She consistently provides great service and makes customers feel welcome. • Frankie – exceptionally gracious, hospitable, and customer-focused. The effort he put into helping customers was truly appreciated. • Yemeli – always kind, friendly, and helpful. Every interaction has been positive. • Juan B – an expert on the grill. The fresh chicken was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. • Joseph – always energetic, enthusiastic, and brings a positive attitude that makes the restaurant feel welcoming. The common thread is that everyone here seems to genuinely care. They take pride in their work, support each other, and make the extra effort when many places would simply say “sorry, we’re out.” I almost don’t want to write this review because I’d like to keep this location a secret! 😂 But great employees deserve recognition. Thank you to Atiana, Frankie, Yemeli, Juan B, Joseph, and the entire team for consistently delivering outstanding service and reminding customers what great hospitality looks like. Thank you for a great meal every time!

  No cheese, no sour cream, barely any barbacoa 3hrs before closing. Workers didn’t want to restock.

  Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. There’s no manager presence, staff is chaotic, when you do a mobile order the app tells you it’s ready and then you show up and there’s 15 tickets ahead of you. Workers look like they hate their jobs and I don’t blame them. This place needs a drill sergeant to fix things or they should just close down. Terrible.
