  Too bad you can’t give a zero star rating because this place doesn’t deserve even a single star. Ordered ahead for my half hour lunch break to pick up a boat for myself and coworker. That’s it, 2 blasts. Gives me a ten minute buffer to get there and back before my break is up. Sat there 20 minutes PAST the pick up time waiting. Got fed up and went inside to get my money back and the poor young lady at the counter had a line of people to serve. Not her fault AT ALL. Meanwhile the manager is wandering around outside in the parking lot. At this point I’m already going to be quite late getting back to work, so not happy. As I get back in my car to leave and just have my bank do a chargeback the “manager” comes up to my car so I tell him I want a refund. Gives me the 2 blasts I went to pick up then spent more of my time explaining that he’s new there, from Connecticut, and to give him a month and it’ll be running great. Sure, fella. I have LOVED Sonic in other states I’ve been to, as well as the one down in Binghamton when it first opened. Worth the drive. This one? Wretched. Avoid it. Seriously. Not worth the frustration.

  This business must be some kind of joke. This place has a lot of potential but im highly upset at WHOEVER is running THIS BUSINESS. There is only 1 person who works that store every afternoon. This is strange and it seems inhumane as each car that pulls up has to wait for the poor lady to take orders, take payment, grill the food and finish service. Who is her manager??? And if shes the manager where is she getting reinforcement so this location doesnt CLOSE DOWN??? Took us a total of 10-15 minutes to grab our food from the drive through.

  Worse fast food service of my life! Extremely rude staff and I placed an online order 15 minutes prior to arriving and it still wasn’t given to me until waiting 15 more minutes in the drive thru! The food is great but I’m not quite sure it was good enough for the attitude. I ordered a custom drink and all i received was a sprite I didn’t even bother to have it corrected because I had places to be and didn’t even want to have a conversation with the lady at the window!

  Good food, horrible service. Placed a mobile order when it was raining, parked in a stall, was then told to go the drive thru window. I get it, no biggie. When I pull up to the speaker to tell her my name for the order, I couldn’t even get the words “I have a Mobile Order for…” before she is screaming NAME at me. I was in disbelief how she was talking to me. GET NEW EMPLOYEES!

  Extremely negative experience. The staff there are very rude and have no communication skills at all. I asked them to kindly remake me milkshake since it wasn’t at all what I asked for, it was extremely clumpy and there was nothing liquid about the milkshake. They were extremely rude and it wasn’t professional at all. Throwing my bag of food at me when I asked for a bigger straw for my milkshake. Please do not go here, it seems they hire anyone now a days and don’t care if they’re employees are harassing you
