Every employee I have ever interacted with has been really nice, and efficient at their job. For a little while it did seem like the size of the burgers shrunk, and the amount of fries decreased. But last I visited, the food was back to normal and what you wpuld expect from a good Five Guys location.

I was charged for a regular fry, and given tiny clear plastic cups with no lid for the ice after asking what size. $8 for a fry I didn’t want but ended up waiting for and was given less than a small fry for a regular fry price. The kids preparing the food were inattentive and one kid was eating the fries with his gloves on.
