I come bc it’s close to my house, but no longer worth the wait - the public wants quick coffee/food… why can’t you staff accordingly? And the male manager on the window this morning will bring the vibe of the whole place down. I manage - I’ll only come back to poach the 2 good employees you have and never return again.

Everytime I have gone there they have gotten my order wrong, or they aren't even open at the time it says they are supposed to be open. Then, there are about 5 cars just waiting one at a time waiting for their order when they are open, which is understandable because it gets busy in the morning.Today I ordered Doordash at this exact location. I ordered a medium iced butter pecan coffee with 3 swirls, blueberry swirl and almond milk. When I got it delivered my drink looked black like they didn't even attempt to even put almond milk in it. It tasted disgusting and I literally wasted my money on what I thought was going to be a decent iced coffee. I'm tired of going there and my order never comes out right, even thought my order never changes. Please do better. Hire more people and pay attention to what your customers are ordering!

Today, I had the hardest bagel I have ever gotten in my entire life; you could literally knock somebody out with it. I know they're just insanely busy, but I know your food shouldn't always come out gross and hard. Lately, anytime I get coffee there, it just does not taste good compared to the other Dunkin' around. I don't think I'll ever understand how you can get the same drink at a different place and it tastes so different.
