  This is a must hit location!!! The food is so good like food orgasm!!! I crave chicken fil a. Today was a first I have never tried the breakfast and it definitely did not disappoint. Of course I needed to get the right sauce. Can't wait to go again

  I absolutely hate to leave this review for a Chick-fil-A but hope it reaches the right person. The food is fantastic, as always, however the service at this location does not live up to the Chick-fil-A standard. There was only one friendly person working in the eating area but all the other employees do not speak to you. You feel like you are a burden to their work day. Saying "Thank you" to them at multiple times received a blank stare and silence. I was even able to witness a worker taking the garbage out as S-L-O-W as possible. Raising the dumpster lid. Looking around. Picking up one bag of trash. Looking around. Slowly putting it in the dumpter. Looking around. Grabbing another bag of trash & repeating this. I get that we all have bad days at work but this happened across the workforce. I ask you to come to this location and experience this for yourself and then visit the Cicero location to see how it's supposed to go. It's night and day. I do hope management finds a way to motivate their employees and can turn this around. In the meantime, I will gladly drive out of my way, past this location to go to Cicero, to be treated like family and with a smile from every single person. If you're having a bad day yourself, go to Cicero. I guarantee you will leave in better spirits than when you arrived. Their positivity is contagaious!

  This is our go to location. The past two orders they forgot the sauces. One order we didn’t get all the sauces with both mine and my husband’s meals. This morning I got a breakfast burrito and I didn’t get the salsa with it. This isn’t even a request you make, it’s the salsa that comes with the meal! It’s part of the meal!! In my opinion the salsa is what makes that burrito so good and I was disappointed when I got to my destination and saw they didn’t put it in.

  All in all good location. From cortland so its a bit of a drive and rarely get chick-fil-A. But the one time I go and I dont check the bags i got screwed out of the only sauces I like there and my wrap which was like 12 dollars! Smh, very disappointing

  I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to DJ and Joseph. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. They worked quickly while still making sure everything was accurate and handled with care. It’s clear they truly care about customers and take pride in their work. Thank you, DJ and Joseph, for going above and beyond — Chick-fil-A is lucky to have such an amazing team!
