Never again chick-fil-a, never again. I’ll go to Popeyes for a quality sandwich.

Despite this, Melanie Fatta asked me to pay for the meal and did not provide any meaningful assistance in resolving the issue. Even after I provided evidence proving that I was entitled to the complimentary meal, my benefit was still not honored. When I asked Melanie Fatta for her name at the end of the interaction, she initially refused to provide it. I came to the restaurant specifically expecting to use the complimentary meal benefit I had been given, but I ended up paying for the meal instead. This was extremely frustrating because I had documentation and proof showing that I was eligible for the complimentary meal. I would like management to review this incident, including the available records and documentation, and explain why my valid complimentary meal benefit was not honored. I also expect the amount I paid for the meal to be properly addressed. I have evidence supporting my claim and can provide it if necessary.

- DUDevin UnruhSep 14, 20261.0I am always a fan of Chick-fil-A because they usually have great food and excellent customer service, but this specific location really missed the mark.I tried ordering at the outside drive-thru lane, but my order was never taken while the other lane kept moving. After waiting about 5 minutes and assuming the speaker was broken, I drove up to the window to place my order. The employee working the window had no idea what to do. When I asked if a manager could help, he told me he didn't even know who his boss was.Eventually, a manager named Charity came over. She explained that the employee was new and that they have had ongoing issues with that specific drive-thru lane not working in the past. If this is a known issue, there absolutely should be a sign or a cone blocking the lane. Furthermore, putting a brand-new employee on the window without training or knowing who to call for help is a major operational oversight.I ended up leaving without ordering any food and will not be returning to this location.
