  I ordered a Monday meal deal on 7/20/2026 at 3:44pm and they gave me one of the oldest chicken sandwiches I’ve ever seen at any restaurant. The sandwich I received looked like one of those gas station chicken sandwiches that been sitting for hours, old, soggy and anything but crispy and I actually went to that location instead of going to the owners other location on Broadway as I’ve had bad experiences there which they still haven’t made right. With all due respect this business along with their other restaurant on Transit which I won’t mention cause I don’t want them getting bad backlash cause they are actually a nice family and don’t wish any ill will on them at all but they wouldn’t be where they were if it wasn’t for us loyal local customers over the years. I can honestly say if one of them was at the restaurant they’d make sure every customer is happy but the employees working there are ridiculous and obviously don’t care.

  I had a coupon for Buy 1 Get 1 Free but their computer ordering system wasn't working so I didn't get the deal. Had to settle for something that was good but just NOT a good deal. Damn electronic age, the computers go down and the clerks are helpless because management is afraid to give them any ability to fix a problem.

  Food was good! I was originally gonna get some burger king for my lunch break but saw the $1.99 sliders and wanted to try and save money! I got a roast beef slider, with curly fries and horsey sauce. Again.. it was so good! Guy taking my order was nice, and store looked clean to me! I don't really go to Arby's that often.

  Did a mobile order on 6/13/2026 @ 11:46:05AM and spent over $32 and the food was meh and my $10.99 French Dip Royale order was incorrect. If you're going to charge me an extra $2 for double beef, then I expect to get double beef. Compared to Arby's regular and double beef sandwiches, my Royale would be lucky to stack up to the regular roast beef portion. When doing a mobile order the French Dip Royale has garlic aioli, au jus, and steak seasoning pre-selected. My sandwich had none of that. No garlic aioli, and no steak seasoning on the sandwich and no au jus in the bag. I'll tell you what my sandwich did have and that was almost invisible pieces of the wrapper stuck to the cheese. Glad I noticed before eating that. The company needs to make better wrappers or put the sandwiches in boxes. If you are the manager on this shift you need to double check orders if those working under you cannot follow a simple order or menu. It certainly is not rocket science. Do better.
