I'll skip this location in the future and try a different one. Google shows bad reviews for this location. That makes sense. I don't think they paid attention to their mobile orders until I asked about mine. Took 40 minutes total to get everything straightened out. They did give us a refund but I can't get my time back. I was supposed to spend that time with friends today on my day off, not at a Dunkin. I could have gotten a whole meal at a sit down restaurant faster.

She asked another girl and she came over to help her. She told me about 2 flavors they had and 2 other I can mix with. I said don't you have the oatmilk she was looking funny. I said it's on the list too. The board didn't work so she said and she didn't know it was off. 3 of them right there in the front mind you. This is what she charged me for and it should have been a build your own. Something always we don't have this we don't have that. Supervisor must not be good this is inventory. I need to spend my money elsewhere.

The manager was on the phone at the counter and too busy to speak with me. 1/10 do not recommend. Why even prepare if there isn't an ingredient available? will not return and I recommend you stay away
