On the other hand, the morning crew, which are all ladies, are so rude!!! They really don’t care about customer service, provide a service of attitude instead of nice. And overall just not a good experience to go in the mornings. The only good employee (who I assume is the manager) there is the woman with the blond hair. Super nice to everyone! If you wanna go to this Dunkin, I suggest going after 4pm to make sure you get the other workers!

I get the picture donuts for all of my kids birthdays and normally they are a hit this time they forgot to put the pictures I asked for but the donuts were dry and disgusting!!!! The manager knew they messed up two hours before my babies first birthday and offered me munchkins…. When the picture donuts were being purchased for a purpose… I tell him I want my money back and he ignored me like I wasn’t standing there! Very rude, extremely unprofessional, he has no idea what he is doing. When Danielle was the manager the store felt so welcoming and when I did the other donuts with this store they were incredible!
