  i ask for a bowl and the guy stands there like he’s working as a punishment and i ask for extra everything and he leaves the bowl half empty 17 dollars for bad service and a half empty bowl. never going here again!

  Just going to keep it brief, if you don’t want to work here leave and look for another job, some of the rudest workers I’ve seen at a chipotle, absolutely disgusting.

  I usually like to give shout-outs but I can't 1 ) the beef had an awful after taste, old meat -my friend's carnitas was just as bad. tasteless, like when you had covid 19 and the food tasted like mush, yeah that kind of tasteless 2) the veggies were not fresh, a lot of dark spots on the lettuce 3) did they forget to add salt to the white rice? It was completely tasteless. 4) the avocado had a huge piece of the skin, usually that's removed for guac? Almost thought it was bug 5) lastly the juice, completely undrinkable, was pure sugar, maybe to make people stop stealing it? What about the customers that actually paid? 6.) no ice. Its summer. 7) not a single clean table to eat at. 8.) food was cold I could have asked them to remake it but it looks like more of the same. Food went straight to the garbage. Left with a sour taste after a long day of walking around.

  Came to this location. Every time they have issues. They say they ran out of items like sour cream or salsa in middle of the day, and then 5 minutes later, all of the sudden they have a new container available for everyone. Then an employee allegedly named Jose, after asking him to change his gloves, decided to screw around and rather than serving properly, placed half scoops of salsa. When we asked to add more since the amount he was adding was inadequate, he decided to serve me and my sister with personal vendetta and said everything you add another scoop of will be extra. This being a Spanish staff started laughing at our faces and making fun of us. When we get to the check out, this so called Jose had issues with our order that our bowl is chicken bowl, not veggie bowl, even though the person that started our order confirmed thrice that this is VEGGIE bowl, and not CHICKEN bowl. The dude had so much issue that possibly started with me requesting him to change gloves. They don’t need an explanation why, but this guy refused to do so until I said I am VEGETARIAN. Hence why he was hell bent on saying I got meat in my food when telling the check out person what I ordered. So pathetic, I would never come here. They are racist, discriminate, favor and make exceptions for other customers especially if they are Latinos, and then laugh at anyone else and develop ego issues when they are requested to do something they are supposed to properly.
