That turned out to be incorrect, and since the gift card couldn’t be returned or exchanged, I had to buy another one. I gave them another chance tonight, but it wasn’t any better. They had the heat blasting on a 75° August night, making the store uncomfortable. Then I ordered a double scoop, was given a triple scoop, and was charged for a triple even though I never asked for one. Poor customer service and inaccurate information.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
