  These guys are awesome! They let us in to wash up, even though the store was locked. We got a drink as well! Extra points for being friendly! Thanks

  Went to get coffee at 7:10 PM not knowing they were closed. I would have been totally fine but I walked to the door and mouthed “Are you closed?” Then the two girls behind the counter proceeded to laugh at me and make themselves drinks and consume them right in front me. Not a good establishment!!

  I went Sunday July 5th at 9:50am and ordered hashbrowns and a chocolate glazed donut. I got to the first window and paid, he didn’t say anything to me beyond the total. I got my change and pulled up to the next window because that’s how ALL DRIVE THRUS WORK. Except apparently at this Dunkin their second window is for mobile pickup which makes zero sense. I then had to explain SIX times to the kid at the window I ordered a chocolate glazed donut and hashbrowns. She just kept asking for my name and I kept saying nobody asked me that I literally just ordered and paid. She comes back with the food. I open the bag and the donut isn’t glazed it’s just soaking wet like they dunked it in a bucket of water. Needless to say I’ll never be back.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the absolute worst customer experience of my life and thats saying alot given I work in customer service. If it was my establishment the big guy who likes to bully young girls (employees) and treat customers like they are garbage and expendable would be gone by morning. Being its a privately owned franchise im certain this will fall on deaf ears but be warned I wouldn't get coffee here if they had the last drop of coffee in all of cuba
